Sleeping problems with depo?

I got on the depo a week ago. Since then I have been having terrible problems with sleeping. Everyday I wake up an hour after I fall asleep and then I try to go back to sleep and I wake up again later. I’ve barely gotten any sleep ever since I got it and it’s really frustrating me a lot. Idk what to do please help me

I’ve been on depo for 2 weeks and I have NO problem at all with going to bed, if anything it makes me more tired and I’ve seen the same comments from other people. Maybe it’s an underlying problem or a psychoactive issue? Maybe you’re overthinking it or it’s something simple you’re doing and overlooking it? I’ve never heard of that from anyone but everyone is different. I would talk to your doctor about it to figure out if it’s the shot or something else.
