I hope this is okay here...... Its that i am personally a resident in the state of iowa and i saw this in our todays news. Also with this my fiance and ive been ttc over a year,  january 2018 started ttc after my miscarriage of November 11, 2017. I am hoping for opinions.

I would have to see the actual wording, but I think this could be a problem down the road. Especially considering the person who sponsored the bill, who is very antiabortion.

Yeah this is unconstitutional lol. Plus this sounds a lot like the law in Argentina, where if the mother “kills” the baby (even if it’s a miscarriage), they go to prison :/ sucks that we’re going back in time

If I was pregnant (as I have been in the past) and action was taken against me—direct violence or an accident—that caused me to loose the pregnancy, I would want laws that brought a person to justice over my loss. I think it’s important 🤷🏼‍♀️
