Something to worry about???

So as I’m 7 days late I decided to take a pregnancy test- this is what happened...

Obviously I peed in a cup, and something rather strange had happened, small little pieces of what looks like little tabs of some kind, pieces were in my pee, is this something to be concerned about??

I looked it up on the internet and it said it could have something to do with pregnancy, and here are the results from the test I took.
