Tenderness 11 months PP?
I had a C section almost 11 months ago, and the healing process was normal/uncomplicated for me, except I still have tenderness (no pain) internally in my lower abdomen.
I only feel it when something pushes against it (eg: the counter when I’m doing dishes or when baby stands on me 😆), and I’m just wondering if any other C section mamas experienced this.
