I’ve been doing a ton of research because my baby will be born the same month my son turns 1. 
The two most affordable options I’ve found are the babytrend double strolled and the graco double strollers. There’s a compatibility sheet you can find online for both of them, im personally going for the babytrend one

I got the city select and Infant car seat adapter for chicco keyfit 30. Should have bought this sooner it’s amazing using for baby # 4 and #5. Will have a 3 year old who likes to run off and a newborn.

I’ve had a few. I liked the city select double the best. Its easy to maneuver, easy to fold and store. It will be the last stroller you’ll need since it can be a single or a double and can hold kids at higher weights/ heights. I wish I’d gotten it earlier.
