I need sleep! help
Im pretty sure my body is training me for a new born and no sleep
The past couple weeks I get 1 good nights sleep then 2 bad nights.
I fall asleep and sleep solid for about 1-2 hours then get up to use the bathroom then after that I can’t sleep because I can’t get comfy, my mind runs away on me or I wake up a bunch of times.
It has me cranky, miserable and with a headache.
Any tips on how to sleep better?
I’ll be 30 weeks tomorrow so I’m sure it’s going to get harder to get comfy
