A collapsible wagon or a sit and stand stroller?

I have a 2 year old and one on the way (both boys). I'm going to be using a covetable car seat with my newborn and plan on using a carrier while out and about until he's older.

We have a collapsible radio flyer wagon and a stroller... I've used the wagon waaaay more than her stroller.. also it has a canopy and can be used as a chair/bench.. which I love... Literally just got rid of the stroller we were given because I never used it with my daughter.. and the wagon is smaller than the stroller when its collapsed.. and I could in theory get two littles in there vs. one in my stroller.. 🤷 I also just wore my daughter everywhere we went vs. messing around with a stroller.. I literally feel like strollers are pointless.

I was thinking about getting a wagon for my LO to take to the theme parks (I live in Florida) but Disney world has just banned them from the parks. They will only take normal size and double strollers. Idk if that makes a difference for you but it does for me since we are frequent Disney goers!

I couldn't  imagine using a wagon  for anything other than a park.  Doesnt sound very easy to maneuver  anywhere else. But I'd  probably  get both
