Feeling terrible!

Been having mild contractions for about three days shooting back pain, period like cramps, migraine, sore throat and lightning crotch. I went in today I’m 1cm 50% effaced at 36 weeks and 3 days. Is it just going to get worse from here? I don’t know if I can bare this another 4 weeks!
