Anyone get pregnant after HSG following ectopic?

So I had an ectopic pregnancy in late December, early January. My husband and I were trying since August and conceived late November (so only 4-ish cycles). I knew something was wrong from the minute I got my +hpt because I started having a lot of pain. Anyways, my OBGYN says he wants us to try for April, May, and June and if we are still not pregnant then we will need to do the HSG to make sure I don’t have blocked tube(s). Has anyone had success becoming pregnant after an HSG when you had a previous ectopic pregnancy? I’m hoping I’ll be pregnant naturally by June, my cycles are regular every 28 days. But just wondering if anyone else has had any success with this? I’ve read online that it can increase your chances of conceiving depending on the cause of your infertility.
