I would get the shot. It comes with less responsibility of having to worry about taking the pill everyday and you only have to get the shot every 3 months and it doesn’t hurt.

I’ve tried almost all of them (with the exception of the arm implant or shot) and my favorite as a teenager was the Nuva ring. One ring lasts the whole month and no forgetting it all the time like the pill. By the far the easiest and the least symptomatic bc I’ve tried.

I’m on the Nuvaring. You leave it in for 3 weeks and take it out for one week. The 4th week is your “period” . It’s awesome! You don’t even know it’s in and I’ve had zero side effects.
