Introducing bottle?

So I was told to wait till my baby is a month old to introduce the bottle so he doesn’t get nipple confusion. But, I’m thinking about starting right before he’s 3 weeks old because I might need someone to take care of him for me for longer than a few hours. Has anyone done it before a month old and has it been fine? Also any bottle recommendations, I’m a FTM

My daughter is a week old and I have been doing both each day. My daughter hasn’t had any nipple confusion. She takes both. I use the Kiinde bottles. Hopefully it continues to go this smooth.

My Pedi said once a day is fine, as soon as they are up over their birth weight (so could be before 2 weeks or after 4 for some). We will have a two week old tomorrow, but I might start the once a day bottle feed next week. He was over his birth weight at a week & a half, but I don't want to pump yet 🤷🏼‍♀️
