Coping methods don’t work anymore
I went through a breakup at the end of January and it absolutely broke me, I still haven’t gotten over it at all I miss him and think about him every day, when it first happened the only way that I could stop thinking of him was when I was high or drunk, and now those things make me feel even more sad about it, I know I shouldn’t use those as my coping mechanisms but that’s all I could do, nothing else helped and I was desperate, does anyone else have any coping mechanisms that they could tell me about that work well?
