I went to urgent care last night because of heavy spotting and was not given all that much information other than that I have a Subchorionic hematoma. The heartbeat was good and everything else was perfect and they told me not to worry and take it easy.

Does take it easy mean no sex, fast walks or what do you all think it means? My ob has been given a note to call me tomorrow, Monday.

This is my first pregnancy... please help me know what to look out for and what to expect now that I have SCH. Does it go away?

I was told to take it easy, what do you all think that means?

What does bedrest mean? Like can I still go to the grocery store?
