Still have soreness?

My daughter was born by c-section almost 7 months ago and I still have soreness around the site. Is this normal? It notice it gets particularly bad when I’m ovulating. Is that bizarre?

I still get sore/tender from time to time as well and had my c-section 7.5 months ago.. especially if I’ve been more active that day. I read somewhere that it can take up to a year for your body to fully recover and have seen women posting that they still experience odd pains from time to time beyond that.

Mine still gets sore and itchy especially on cold and rainy days. And my daughter is 10 y.o. and my mom is the same and my brother is 24 y.o. its always gonna be sensitive

Not too sure. I was pain free by 2 weeks, and at 7 months I accidentally fell pregnant (birth control failure) and am currently 20 weeks (almost a year postpartum), and have no pain.
