BACK PAINS WHILE PREGNANT help!

Omg these back pains are horrible it’s only when I sit at the computer for work I work from home but literally my back gives out and aches for days it started sat and not better yet I took a Tylenol , heating pad sitting at work today is the worst I’m literally crying would my doc take me out of work until it gets better if I mention it I love my money don’t really want that option
