Early Braxton Hicks???

So this isn’t my first pregnancy it’s #2 so I know what Braxton Hicks feel like, but I didn’t feel them till around mid 2nd trimester...I’m only 7 weeks and 4 days and this past Sunday I woke up and felt a tightness in my belly...not sure if it was a cramp or early Braxton Hicks. Not sure the earliest they can start but it sure felt like them. Just curious what other mommas think or have experienced this before this early...I have my first sono this afternoon so I’ll definitely mention it to my midwife:)
