I’ve tried them before they work but inserting them the correct way is a hard task. Taking them out is a little hard as well and don’t do it standing up Bc it’s filled with ur menstruation and uh lemme just say my rugs were ruined 💀😭😭 but if you nail it down they are really affective

I used them and I loved them. Now I'm pregnant so I don't use anything currently 😂. I saw an ad on Facebook for a company called Nixit. They have a product that fits the same way as the Flex products but whereas Flex are single use, the Nixit is made of silicone. I'm planning on getting one after the pregnancy and post partum healing is over.
