Please help a girl out!!!! I think I forgot about a tampon in me and I can’t tell if it’s there or not help me try to get it out or what to do!!!! HELP

If there is one in there and you can’t get it you need to get help to get it out ASAP, you could end up with TSS and that can kill you..

Squat and bare down and get ur hand up there. Use a speculum if u have one. Otherwise go to emergency. I've had to before.
