I’m in Canada and didn’t get cas or anything for having weed I. My system , they asked if I smoked and I told them the truth but they never did anything about it , then again jt cojld be diffrent where u are

So I had cps called on me due to testing positive when I first saw my ob no one said anything to me until I was in labor this was January 2018 the cps worker came apologized said that they hope things changes as it was newly legalized and talked to me about depression. I also know someone in Idaho who smoked the entirety of all four of her boys pregnancies cps coming to some not others she never ever came close to having anything happen though. I think it’s fine. It’s not crack or alcohol ya know.

I would try to wing myself off during the pregnancy because even though it’s Medicaid doesn’t mean the dr won’t try to call cps on you.
