Very faint BFP at 14dpo

I got a barely visible line at 13dpo. Today it is slightly darker, but still very faint. Has anyone had an extremely faint positive at 14dpo and gone on to have a successful pregnancy? I’m very anxious. Top pic is 13dpo, bottom is 14dpo.
