If I was 14 and he was 18 turning 19? We met at the mall and we got together at my friends house I live in NJ so I know the age gap is 4 years. My mom told me that it’s statutory rape but I don’t get it because I wanted to have sex him. We only did oral together and he would try to finger me and we kissed and touched each other
