Bleeding after ultrasound

So I am 13w4d. I had an ultrasound today. She had to to both abdominal and trasnvaginal as she couldn’t get baby to moves it’s head when needed to get correct measurements. It was pretty invasive and about 90 mins long. She was pressing really hard etc. tonight I went to

The bathroom and was bleeding bright red blood and quite a bit with a few small clots. And now light spotting. Ivehad light cramps and back ache all day. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemmorage at 7 weeks. I only ever experienced spotting with this. And nothing for the last 3 weeks. They didn’t say anything to me today about the hemmorage. Is it possible the ultrasound somehow caused the bleeding today??
