Weight gain
My doctor informed me today I’ve gained 10 pounds in the last month, and gave me shit for that and said I need to walk 30 mins a day and eats lots of protein and veggies and to stay away from carbohydrates
Now my question is what should I be eating, what are some healthy meal choices to either lose some of this weight or stop gaining so rapidly? I do find myself eating a lot of potatoes more than meat (family likes pork I do not and they eat a lot of that) but I don’t know what else to do.
