Im not a huge fan of caffeine, but I need 1 cup of coffee a day. 12 weeks preggo to my 2nd. Also had caffeine with my first.

For sure! I keep it at or below 200mg per day, but I’ve had major headaches thanks to these lovely hormones and caffeine is really all that helps relieve the pain.

Almost daily. I have a 14 month old and have been under a ton of stress lately so some days caffeine is the only thing that keeps me going
