Getting Frustrated

So I've been to the er/hospitals/med Groups on Base several times now and im not sure what's going on, but I've been having really bad stomachaches, headaches, and bad diarrhea, as well as the chills. I've also been experiencing nausea and vomiting but I'm positive that those are pregnancy symptoms. Should I call my obgyn and schedule an appoinment with them? I'm 7w 6d pregnant.

Update: I know it's been a while but I miscarried a week after I posted this. No on knows why or how just that my little baby didnt have a heartbeat. It's taken me so long to update this because it's so painful. Me and my husband are now just focusing on our jobs and maybe in a few years we will try again for our rainbow baby. Thanks for the advice ladies.
