EXTREME fatigue during pregnancy

i keep getting this extreme fatigue and can’t help falling asleep. i just woke up, slept late today, and was on the sofa for a couple minutes before i started the day and i was just randomly hit with this extreme sleepiness. i woke up twice and both times i couldn’t even move just turned my head and fell back asleep and when i wake up my whole body just feels numb and doesn’t want to move.. anyone else had this? im worried it just isn’t pregnancy fatigue this used to happen to me a couple times before i got pregnant. i don’t want it to harm the baby
