Nails for a wedding?

My sisters wedding is this summer In July. I am booking places to get my hair done, makeup, all that good stuffy for her special day. I want to look my very best since I am also her Maid of Honor 💗 I'm not your usual girly type and have always worked in jobs that does not allow getting your nails done or painted (medical) so I need your help! Wbats the difference in dip, gel, acrylic etc? What lasts longer? Cheaper? Tell me pros and cons THANKS! 😁

I would do gel. I don’t get my nails done ever - I help my husband with his car dealership and manicures just get destroyed working on cars lmao I’m also too impatient to wait for a regular manicure to dry and always ruin them. I would never get acrylic nails. They kind of freak me out and they ruin your nails. For special events I get gel manicures. They can withstand a lot of abuse and last about 2 weeks. You can go get them removed if you want, but I kind of just let them fall off lol

1 acrylic doesn’t ruin your nails. Improper prepping does and that’s on whoever is doing your nails also ripping them off ruins your nails. 2. Acrylic and dip are the same thing kind of. Dip is literally dipping you’re finger in acrylic while you have gel or resin on your nail. 3 I think acrylic would be good. I think ombré would be good for you nails :)

Dip is a little more expensive than acrylic. I’d highly suggest acrylic as you can just pick one color or perhaps have an ombré. Using only dip can last about a week and they start to break as you lift heavy things and such. You could go for a neutral color or the color to your dress
