Anxiety while pregnant
Before I was pregnant I started to get really bad anxiety once I got pregnant I noticed it went a way because my body was so focused on growing a baby now that I’m 10 weeks and feeling a lot better not so sick all the time I noticed my anxiety started back up and it gets really bad I’m so scared that it’s going to get worse as I get further along in my pregnancy what can I do since medication is not an option ?
