6 week OP appointment

So my 6 week was part him appointment is next Monday and the doctor asked me to look through a couple brochures on what kind of birth control I would be intrested in, to put in at that appointment, only thing is I've never been on birth control we've only used condoms and pull out method my husband and I have been together 11 years and had our 1st baby a this February. We havent had any accidents in doing so. We planned our son. Anyway i really don't want to use birth control just because my body has never been through that and I wouldn't want to put my body through any more changes. Does anyone have any suggestions on any birth control in particular that may not have such strong hormonal changes or that Worker for you?
