Odds of PP pre-eclampsia a 2nd time?

Hey everyone,
With my first son, I had postpartum pre-eclampsia. I was induced with pitocin and the baby and I had a reaction. He was in distress and I almost fainted. They lowered my dose and everything went back to normal. It ended in an emergency c-section due to a uterine infection. 
I had postpartum pre-eclampsia afterwards. I had high blood pressure for 2 weeks and needed medication. 
Do you know what the chances are that I get pre-eclampsia or postpartum pre-eclampsia again with my second? I’m now 9 weeks pregnant.

I was told the odds of preeclampsia a second time with #2 are exactly the same as with #1.  Second pregnancy means the risk goes down but having previously had it means the risk goes up which evens out the odds.  Third pregnancy though, I was told my risk is lower than my first even with a history.

Not too high. I had preeclampsia that went unnoticed. Turned into eclampsia adn suffered two grand mal seizures 4 days PP. 
Second pregnancy was considered high risk but they just had me monitor my bp every day and starting at 16 weeks take a baby asprin a day. 
I dont remember what my docotr said what my odds were of getting it again. I want to say it was around 15%. I do know that with the baby asprin a day he said it would cut those odds in half. 
Definitely talk to your ob about it.

I’m not sure about the pp part, but I believe the odds are high for repeat pre-eclampsia .
