Advice ?? :(

So I’m about 10 weeks and some days today. I was recently diagnosed with a peri gestational bleed which is basically a collection of blood by the uterus. My last ultrasound they said it looked like it was exterior which is good. I was spotting brown for awhile which we thought was going away. Well I went to the bathroom just now after no spotting for some days and I’m bright red bleeding. I also had a sharp pain on the left side of my lower stomach.:( Should I go to the ER or do I just wait for the morning and call? I don’t know if I need to be concerned because my doctor just kind of waived it off like it wouldn’t affect my pregnancy. :(
