Has anyone had morning sickness return in 2nd trimester?

I’m 18 weeks and for the past couple weeks my morning sickness has slowly returned. I’m nauseous and always feel like I’ve had a full, heavy meal. It just feels...gross. I also have a ton of food aversions - worse than my first trimester. 
If anyone has experienced similar, did it eventually go away?

I've had morning sickness through my whole pregnancy. I had to go on Zofran because I lost 30 lbs. in my first trimester. Don't feel bad if you need medication

I’m 15w4d and for a couple weeks ive been fine but the past couple nights ive been gagging. Nothing crazy and I can still eat like i have the past two weeks. Hoping it’s just all the changes.
