Swollen feet.. can feel the “fat” rolling over as i walk
I need relief. It’s horrible tonight. I’m 37 + 3 and the swelling is unreal. I’ve drank four bottles of water today, and cut back on the soda ... my bottom number on my blood pressure as a tad bit high.. don’t know if either of those could be the reason my swelling is so terrible tonight... please i am begging for advice. Elevation and baths don’t work for it.
