Vagina pains 🥺

I get this excruciatingly sharp, burning and uncomfortable pain in my vagina. Like I’ve cried from it and it just hurts. I’ve also had some really weird cramps and pain in my lower belly and crotch. Lots of pressure as well. I’ve never had a UTI so I really don’t know what that’s like. Had a regular appointment today and she only did Doppler, little girls heart rate was 152 and she’s been awake. Parents and boyfriend want me to go in bc I’ve miscarried before and they don’t want me to risk it. I don’t want to bc I’m not bleeding and she’s awake rn. Anyone know what it is?
