Passing tissue but not pregnant

Okay so I just peed twice in the last 4 hours and I saw white/light pink tissue in the toilet.I don’t think I’m pregnant and I just miscarried a little over a month ago at 13 weeks,the baby stopped growing at 9 and I had a missed miscarriage.It’s possible I could be pregnant but I haven’t had any symptoms or anything.I went though hell when I miscarried so I’m a little worried.I haven’t taken a test or anything so I’m not sure if I’m pregnant or not.I’m not bleeding and I just keep having a very slight twinge of minor pain every now and then so I’m just wondering what’s going on.
