Didn't experienced any morning sickness but nausea really hit me this time 😷 lack of interest in food.

I use candied ginger and a lot of small meals- whatever I feel like eating but trying to lean towards “healthier” choices. Nausea is the worst 🤢

Small snacks often instead of big meals & preggie pops. Seriously. Buy them. Best thing I ever did, I have one in the morning & pretty much don't feel sick for the rest of the day.

Any advice?
