Marginal placenta! Help!

Ok ladies I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and I went in today because I started bleeding! No not light pink, it is bright red blood,no cramping though I was so scared I thought I was losing my baby! The doctors did and ultrasound and found out I have marginal placenta and that is what is causing the bleeding! I really need help and reassurance because I have never had this happen before and this is my fourth baby, has anyone else been told they have this and have had a successful pregnancy and how and when did the bleeding stop?! I'm scared I won't be able to carry my baby to term! 😭😭😭😭😭
