Do digital pregnancy need more HCG than a regular line test to pick up a positive?

Okay. So I got a faint positive on 10 dpo on a first response. So I went ahead and bought the clear blue digital. And it read not pregnant. Do digitals need more HCG? Than a regular line test? Im 4 days away from having my period. It’s driving me crazy. I just want to know already! 😔
