Bowel issues? Possible TMI

Im almost 29 weeks and my bowels cant seem to make up their mind. Constipated then diarrhea. And it goes back and fourth. Im sure its normal. Jw if anyone else has dealt with this? 🤷‍♀️

I've had IBS most of my life.
Colace is basically the only thing that helps.

Yes I had that this week, had a sore belly for the past 2 days and keep going to the washroom with mixed results

27+4 and I’ve had this the whole way through! I do have IBS though so I put it down to that
