Can you be pregnant even after your period?

So i had my period, which was normal then stopped then went really light which is not normal. But since my period stopped three days ago I’ve been experiencing light headedness hot flashes even before my period cramps before and after and my boobs ache but aren’t sore to touch and sometimes my nose bleeds not like an actually bleed bleed but if I’m snotty and I blow it to get it out it sometimes bleeds which started happening before my period, I know I’m probably going crazy but I don’t get this after my periods even my cm has changed, I went for a wee yesterday and had like thin lotion like cm which was like a browny pinky white colour
