First time anal tips???

Me and my boyfriend want to try anal for the first time and I’m pretty scared. Is there any tips to make it hurt less and what position is the best? Also is there specific things I need to do before and after in regards to cleaning my hole ahahah

I use an enema beforehand if i know I’m going to do anal. About 1/3 of the bottle, then wait for it to release, then again, then again until everything coming out is clear. 
As far as positioning, I’ve figured out that its most tolerable while lying on my side with him on his side behind me. 
With lube, too much is always good. Better than too little and feeling like your 🍑 is getting sandpapered. 
I don’t know if you drink but I’ve found in the past that having a drink or two first helps me unwind a little before anal. 
Also communication the entire time is key. If it hurts, or is too fast, or you flat out don’t like it, tell him.

Lite lunch no foods that will upset your stomach go to the bathroom before, then have a shower to ensure it’s super clean, douche if you have one.

Lube!!!!!! And go slow!!! Also try fingering first because eventually you will relax and it will slide in. Your booty ain’t used to things going in just out so your body is gunna fight it. But just relax and don’t let him go to fast.
