Hey guys can I ask for child support in this case ?

K . So the father of my child is no longer able to see his child 👶 after abusing me in front of our child . He has a court order that is a order of protection stating that he can’t get close to me or his kid . Well in this case he will be absent as a father , so should I file for child support ? Yeap I got the money to take care of her but I just feel like being a bitch and screwing up his whole life since he feels no remorse for what he did , never apologized and gone to jail laughing . 😒
