Swollen feeling in vagina

Hi girls, I’m 22 weeks pregnant and for the last several weeks I’ve been having this annoying feeling on and off that my vagina is swollen and blood is rushing to it. It also feels like it’s a bit open. I had an ultrasound on Monday and everything is fine. I’m a bit worried. Anyone know what it is?
