Help! My 2 year old is not sleeping through the night. She’s not easy to put down either! I’m at my wits end! We have a nice evening routine but then it takes her about 45 minutes to settle and fall asleep. If I leave the room she screams and I don’t want her to wake my 10 month old! About 2am she up and comes into my bed where she does interpretive hand motions and flops around. I’ve tried rubbing her back, yelling, sensing her back to her bed. It all ends in tears. (Am I just a push-over???) I am considering having my 2 girls share a room and maybe that would make bedtime better/easier. I’m at a loss and so sleep deprived. Suggestions welcome!
