Mastitis?

Yesterday evening my left breast started to hurt, almost as if the side of it were bruised all the way to my armpit. There’s no red area or warm spot, just tenderness. In the middle of the night I woke up pretty chilly with warm skin, but I don’t seem to have a fever unless my thermometer is off. Also I have a headache and body aches, just feeling off in general.

Anyone ever go through this? I’m going to call my doctor’s office this morning to see what he says but thought I’d see what other mama’s have to say about it
