When it gets real

Good morning everyone. My name is Juan Luis Obregon and I have the honor and pleasure of being married to my (future) baby's momma Gillian Obregon. We recently had our first OB appointment yesterday, and I got to see our little monster (that's just what I call the little one, no one get offended please) and hear their heatbeat for the first time. My wife will tell you, I'm not an emotional guy. I grew up tough, and the army didn't do much to soften that up, but that moment . . . That sound hit me and rocked me to my soul. That was like a small alarm waking me from whatever dream of a life and letting me know, oh it's real now brah! I was so full of pride and joy I couldn't even say the right words. I took pics of the sonogram and sent them out via text to my family and couldn't stop showing them off at work. I just didn't know one little sound could rock me like that. I haven't met you yet little monster, but I want you to know, Daddy loves you CHINGOS (that's alot on Spanish). God bless, and have a great one everyone!
