Mild Cramps and very light brownish spotting ?

Hi Girls I just want to ask some of y’all in here since I feel I have more conversation with you all without knowing each other. 🙃

I am 5w 5d and I have been having some light brownish spotting since Monday night this morning around 4am I woke up due to bad cramping, So I call my dr this morning and he send me to do some blood work (Currently waiting on those results) I posted this in here because I want to hear from any of you to see is somebody has a similar case, I feel very worried since I have a MC back in oct, I would feel very appreciated if any of you answer me 🙏🏽 a Thank you ladies. 🙃
