Another Miscarriage 😔

I had my nine-week ultrasound yesterday, and all my OB found was an empty gestational sac. 😭😭😭Needless to say my husband and I are devastated, angry, confused, shocked... there are no words to describe this pain. I also miscarried at five weeks in December... clearly there’s something wrong with me. I also have had a history of ovarian cysts and painful periods, and with two miscarriages, I want to know why this is happening. If I don’t miscarry naturally, my doc wants me to take cytotec, but it can cause severe nausea/vomiting, which I’m deathly afraid of. What are your experiences with this stuff?
