Melatonin?!

So I’m 25 weeks and this may seem like a silly question but....is it safe to take melatonin while pregnant?

My doctor told me melatonin was fine but that it might cause wild, vivid dream... which it did!

No melatonin, I asked my dr the same thing. Unisom was their #1, then Tylenol PM, and if you’re sleepy and desperate (like me) Benadryl. I usually end up taking 1 or 2 (2 is a full dose) if I need a good nights sleep.

I asked my Doc and she said she doesnt recommend it. She suggested Tylenol PM, Unisom or Benadryl instead.

I take Tylenol PM works great. You can take 3mg of melatonin while pregnant
