Sadness on vacation

So every four years they take the music department at my high school to Disney World in Orlando. First three and a half days were great. Sadly tragedy struck us on Monday. A boy in my grade died he had muscular dystrophy and got pneumonia in both lungs he went in his sleep. I need some cheering up and ways to stop my friend from blaming himself because the boy who died fell during the parade they did and that’s how they caught the pneumonia. Please advise would be great,
